I am forced to post what is a tired ass subject due to some clans attempt to do otherwise

1. We WILL Accept a ps retal for a ss. Though it pisses me off to see a 1700 acre retal for a 100 acres grab our guy shouldn't be bottom feeding it is his problem not mine

2. we WILL accept a missile retal but ONLY if the clan obviosly has no one capable of doing the retal with ps or ss. Missiles are a deterent but does not benefit hte allaince donig the retals so should only be a last resort

3. We will ONLY accept retals within 72 hours, any other attempt will be considered a landgrab and we will act occordingly

4. we will accept a policing allaince if we attack someone in war. We shouldn't be grabbign anyone in war so it is our own damn fault.

5. if someone in war instead chooses to do the retals AFTER the war we will acccept that however the 72 hour countdown will begin IMMEDIATELY upon the peace agreement and any attacks by us must be retalled within that 72 hour rule.

6. Anyone wanting to do a retal for something not in the news had damn well better message our country AND it is STRONGLY recommended that you tell a UCN leader so there are NO MISTAKES MADE

7. We allow only 1 attack by a country against our alliance every 24 hours. please respect that.

8. We allow reasonable attacks against us by an allaince. we comprose roughly 2% of the 10k countries that are liable to be attacked. so i see no reason why we cannot be 0-4% of yoru daily attacks. Don't overdo it please :)

9. UCN1 and UCNboot are afforded the status of a singular unit when considering attacks and retals
I think these rules are fair to large allainces and small clans both. We make no attempt to hide behind our tag. We both expect others to abide by these and we ourselves will abide by these. we wish for no wars but will not stand idly by if the retal rules are abused.

When wondering if you are being landfarmed by us. please use this formula.

there are approx 7k countires for us to attack above 1 million networth. we make 400 ss or ps a day. so every single country has a 1 in 17.5 chance of being hit by us every day. take the total number of your countries and divide by 17.5 and you will get the best mathematical probability (not taking into account landfat, gdi, or previous attack information) of attacks we would do on you everyday

Perfect in a perfect world but it's not. Furthermore, their retal system is based on faulty news so in effect, it's very imperfect. See last reset.

We don't do news retals anymore, you must post your personal news to get the retal done now.

Yeah lester you are a day late and a dollar short we changed that policy the only reason Fin asked for news for retals on non news hits is just in case a member does post it requesting a retal on it.

That way us heads do know it isn't a retal and it son't get posted plus then I can go chew out the member.

DD I offered you a spot at beginning of reset don't remember to whom but he said he would get back to me and never did.

Well lester the change was my idea and it has been a rocky one but no last reset had no bearing on this change.

Marty, don't take the credit all for your self (spread the welth =P), I posted a thread on the Leadership board the first day of this reset with the idea, and many others had the same idea too. As head of FA, you did have more say in getting this instated, so I give ou that credit :)

Marty didn't like the retal system last reset before the wars started so I doubt the wars had a significant impact. I can understand waiting until the end of the reset to make ammends. None the less, looks fair to me :)

Actually most of this retal system was in place when I joined only thing that has changed is not baseing it on the news anymore.
